Founded in 2009, Riverwards Group is an American full-service development company made up of a team of qualified real estate professionals with extensive years of experience within the field. The team’s unparalleled expertise, as well as proficient execution, have enabled this American entity to successfully deliver their commitment to the highest of standards. They make efforts to not only meet, but also exceed their customers’ expectations in each and every aspect. The entity’s magnitude spans several projects including Kensington Courts in East Kensington, Roxborough Reserve, Avenue 30, N5 Square and more. In addition to having won big at Philadelphia’s 2019 Building Big Awards, the Riverwards Group has also successfully completed a wide number of workforce housing as well as houses, condos and shops at various South Kensington lots.
